The Oaks Events Wedding (Kylie + Bradley)

The Oaks Events is one of my favorite places to shoot. Michele and her team truly go out of their way to serve the bride and her family as well as the wedding vendors. Kylie and Bradley did well in choosing their venue! 

I met Kylie and Bradley back in September, and I knew from the beginning that Kylie would have a well designed and decorated wedding. She is also a fellow creative and photographer so we were on the same page from the start. Kylie was able to do most of the decorations DIY as well as the stunning flowers put together by family and friends. I was so impressed to say the least by the professionalism and creativity behind their DIY wedding that I could hardly believe it was DIY! 

After every wedding, Ashley and I discuss the emotional parts of the day.. the parts where we use the camera to cover our watering eyes so no one sees. Watching Kylie Skype family members in South Africa and listening to the recordings that were prepared for the ceremony and reception were such a special treat to witness. It truly was a day full of emotions for the sweet bride and groom, as well as family and friends.. and photographers ;) 

We wish these two nothing but the best in the years to come!
