OUR PROCESS

INITIAL INQUIRY

When you first inquire with Click Away, we will match you with a photographer who is the best fit for you based on budget, availability, and location. Our photographers begin at different price points based off of experience and time with Click Away Photography. Once you fill out our inquiry form, we will be in touch within 48 hours.

CONSULTATION

We are always available for a phone call or video chat to answer any questions and learn more about the two of you and the vision for your wedding.

RESERVE YOUR DATE

Once you have decided to book with us, we will send over a booking proposal with next steps to book (YAY!). We require a signed contract and a $1,000 deposit to reserve your date with Click Away.

PLANNING

Planning for your sessions and wedding day is an important part of working with us. We will send you a welcome guide once you book, that walks you through details and helpful tips when planning your engagement session and wedding day.

We will send out an engagement session questionnaire to begin planning your session soon after you officially book with us. We will also send out a wedding questionnaire 2 months prior to your wedding date to help us plan your photography timeline. We want to know what is important to you as a couple and plan accordingly to make it the best day for the two of you!

WEDDING WEEKEND

Wedding days go by quickly, and we will be there to help you through it all. We will be a peaceful presence on your wedding day, while also making sure you are taken care of and supported. You don’t have to worry about any of the details with our team. You get to relax and enjoy your wedding day, while we capture every moment that is important to you.

GALLERY DELIVERY

We will deliver your full wedding gallery within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date. All photos are professionally edited, and you have rights to download, share, and print any of the photos in your final gallery.

ALBUM DESIGN

We work with our wedding clients to create the album of their dreams. Your wedding album is a tangible product that you will carry with you to look back on one of the best days. We believe that wedding albums are an important part of the process, because we believe in passing photos down through generations and reliving memories for years to come.

A LIFE TIME OF MEMORIES

Your wedding photos are meant to be enjoyed past this season of life. These photos serve a role long past your wedding day. These photos serve as a reminder to your commitment to one another, the joy of being surrounded by your closest family and friends, and the love you share.
