You couldn’t have asked for a better spring day for a wedding than this day in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina! Katie and Collin were married at Chestnut Ridge, just outside of Asheville, NC. The weather was perfect, the day went by seamlessly, and these two truly had so much fun on their day- which is what it’s all about! Our goal is to always have our clients truly ENJOY their big day, by creating a timeline that works well for everyone giving plenty of buffer time in between. The planning team at Chestnut Ridge executed a perfect schedule for the day, and we were able to capture the first looks, bride and groom portraits, wedding party and family photos all before the ceremony even began.

There are very few days each year that we can say go by so perfectly, and this was one of them. It’s amazing what can happen when you have a great team of vendors that work hard to ensure that you are taken care of on your wedding day plus a bride and groom who are relaxed and trust all their vendors. It is truly such a treat!

I loved all the details that surrounded this day. Katie and Collin’s invitation suite was a unique touch with their initials cut out, plus featured on their wax seals! Every detail had so much thought and care put into it and everything came together so well! Chestnut Ridge is also the perfect backdrop with it’s open air chapel and white barn. This day was absolutely beautiful in so many ways, and I hope you enjoy looking through some of our favorites from Katie and Collin’s big day!
